Introduction
James is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience across both public and private sectors. He has a proven track record of delivering tangible results within the areas of Leadership, organisational change, training, development and career management. A well rounded individual with strong project management skills coupled with an innovative approach to the challenges of the public sector. Over the past Thirty Five years James has gained a wide range of commercial, training and development experience across a variety of different public and private businesses, and one of his current roles is the Chair of the ‘Merseyside Adventure Sailing Trust’. MAST is a registered charity set up to develop the young people of Merseyside.
James has worked with a cross section of government departments, private businesses
and the voluntary sector organisations throughout the UK and Europe, dealing with
people and teams at all levels and ages, both on a 1:1 and on a team basis. For example:
